The Plan Center
The LCEDC partners with the County’s Land Services Department to provide a Plan Center for Lincoln County’s contractors and development-related service providers. We seek out plans for commercial building and public works projects and make them available for viewing, allowing local contractors an opportunity to make informed bid decisions. Anyone may submit plans to the Center, including public agencies, developers, architects and engineers. We encourage you to mention “Plans are available for viewing at the Lincoln County Land Services Office, 27234 SR 25 N, Davenport.” in your advertisement. This service is free. Onsite copy service available.

Reardan Building Moratorium Lifted
Reardan’s suspension on water supply connections has been lifted and BUILDING PERMITS ARE AVAILABLE.
Reardan is located 13 miles west of Fairchild AFB and 22 miles west of Spokane where Hwy. 2 intersects with Hwy. 231 N.
